We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer, unless stated otherwise (e.g., during a promotion).
  • Customs & Duties: For orders shipped outside of the European Union, you (the buyer) are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.
  • Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier (DHL, etc.) or customs clearance processes.

SECTION 6 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Exclusions: As stated in Section 4, personalized items (Name/Number) cannot be returned.
